After my upgrade to Windows 10 1903, I noticed my wallpaperwas light blue. A huge difference to the dark Windows background in build 1809 and 1803, also known as the Hero background.
Intentionally, I was looking in Settings -> Personalization -> Background, but I couldn’t find it. My old laptop did have the dark wallpaper, but not in the 4K resolution.
As I like dark themes, I have searched for, and found the old classic dark wallpaper with Windows 10 logo in UltraHD 4K resolution :).
